Step 3. Confirm before shipment: Before shipment, the supplier sends the ship's head sample (bulk goods sample) to the purchaser or provides an inspection report to ensure that the purchaser is aware of the color quality of the goods they will receive in advance.

Pros: The supplier has unified control over the production process, making it easier to ensure color consistency. Even if rework is required, since the objects to be processed are semi-finished products, it takes less time and does not affect the delivery. The purchaser can be spared from the cumbersome follow-up process.

Cons: Due to the supplier's centralized procurement and processing of externally purchased products, the unit price may increase. It is necessary to compare the potential costs of the purchaser's own follow-up work and make a comprehensive evaluation and selection.

Ideal for: Suitable for scenarios where the purchaser lacks dedicated personnel for follow-up work or where the cost of self-follow-up is too high, especially for procurement needs in engineering projects.
